Our son has had eczema problems nearly since birth. For perspective, during pregnancy, I sought healthy eating, avoided medication, never immunized, and had a natural home birth. I was boggled why he had such a problem out of the gate. We tried a plethora of healing avenues-removing food from my diet as a nursing mother, his diet when he began eating solids and identifying food we "thought" was the problem, seeking homeopathy and administering various supplements around 18 months old. It all seemed so overwhelming to figure out not only "what" was bothering his body, but pursuing a course of treatment possible for such a young guy. I have known Kelsey for many years and have trusted her and loved her approach to good health, family values, and love for the Lord. After speaking with her several times casually about my son's skin, with her professional dietetics background, we decided to work together to help my son. We worked together to begin testing and planning a course of action to help my son gain good health, really for the first time. He is actually a different child, 6 months later from beginning this health journey. He was once a super picky eater and very angry at times. I observed his behavior was worse when his skin looked the worst. He is now much more willing to try new foods and much less aggressive. We are not quite out of the woods as we still have once eliminated foods to reintroduce back into his diet, but he is constantly showing no reaction to all the added food. Kelsey formulated a wonderful supplement recipe that made it very easy for my son to ingest and I can tell it has been working to heal his gut. I am so very grateful to Kelsey and to Shepperding Wellness for the expertise and patience practiced in helping our son gain health.

Our son was having diarrhea for months. He wouldn't try new food, go to the potty, and was miserable. We worked with Kelsey, and with 1.5 months, he was potty trained, trying new foods, and on his way to a healed gut. 3 months later and he is like a new child.
